Weirdness at Langkawi International Airport (LGK), Malaysia

I finally arrived at the surprisingly small Langkawi International Airport (LGK).

As a Brit, I find it odd to see British things “out of context”. So to walk out of the arrivals hall at Langkawi International Airport (LGK) and see a WH Smiths (a chain of shops from the UK) was very weird.

As with all Malaysian airports, there was a taxi counter post-arrivals where I could buy a ticket for the correct set price and get a cab — therefore, avoid having to deal with any touts.
